Pallet Labels with QR Codes
Pallet labels that tell the loader and the driver exactly what is on each pallet
From the pallet builder, print a 4 by 6 inch label for every pallet on a route in one go. Each label carries your logo, the pallet number, vehicle, date, route and driver, the shops on the pallet with their drop numbers, the total items and weight, and a QR code anyone can scan.
- One label per pallet, printed for the whole route
- QR code opens a public pallet page
- Your logo on every label
Print the whole route
One button in the pallet builder prints a label for every pallet on the route, or just the one you choose. Labels are laid out for a standard 4 by 6 inch thermal label.
Everything the loader needs
Vehicle registration in large type, date, route and driver, a list of shops with drop number and customer code, total items and weight.
A QR code on every label
Scanning the code opens a public page, with no sign-in, listing the items on the pallet and the customer and drop each part is for. No prices or addresses are shown.
Your logo
Upload your logo once under settings and it appears on every label and on the public pallet page.

Labels stay valid
The code in the QR depends only on the route and pallet number, so a label printed in the morning still works if the pallet layout is adjusted later. It always shows the pallet as it is now.
Cannot be guessed
The code is signed by Fleetnyx, so nobody can change it to open a different pallet or another company's data.
Frequently asked questions
What size are the labels?
Labels are laid out for a 4 by 6 inch label, one per page, and print from any browser to a label printer or an ordinary printer.
What does the QR code show?
A page with your logo, the pallet number, vehicle, route, date and driver, and the items on the pallet grouped by customer and drop. It has no prices and no customer addresses.
Do I need to reprint if I change a pallet?
No. The QR code always shows the current contents of that pallet. If you move whole drops to different pallets, reprint the labels so the shops listed on the paper match.
Can I add my own logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP under settings. If there is no logo, your company name is printed instead.
