Yes: 14 days, free, with no card needed. You get every module, with a handful of users of each kind so you can try it properly with your own data. If you don't choose a plan when the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can pick up where you left off as soon as you choose a plan. Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and your invoice shows it.

Yes, at any time from the Billing screen in the app. Moving to a bigger plan is charged pro rata; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. There is no long contract.

Each plan includes a number of users of each kind (admins, route planners, drivers, warehouse users). You only pay for users beyond that: £15 a month for an extra admin or system user, £19 for a route planner or dispatcher, £6 for a warehouse user, and £4 for a driver, helper or read-only reporting user. Yearly billing is ten months' price.

No. Vehicles are not limited, and driver and helper records are unlimited on every plan. You pay for the people who sign in, not for the records.

One account per person. Someone who is both a dispatcher and an admin has one login and doesn't need a second licence.

Premium AI usage, advanced integrations and onboarding are quoted separately where they apply, so the plan price stays simple. Ask us and we'll tell you before you commit.

Adding a user beyond your allowance adds that user's monthly price to your next invoice, pro-rated. During the free trial the allowance is a hard limit. Nothing you already have is ever removed, and everything keeps working.

By card or direct debit through Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Yearly billing gives you about two months free.

No. Onboarding guides are included in every plan, and Enterprise includes hands-on onboarding and training.

No. You can start by importing orders from CSV or Excel, and connect NetSuite, SAP, Sage, Dynamics, Xero or any system with an API when you are ready (Intelligence and above).
