Details before the route starts
The driver app asks the agency driver for name, mobile, licence number, categories, expiry dates and a licence photo, and will not let the route start until they are given.
Expired licences refused
An expired licence or Driver CPC is refused on the spot, and the driver has to confirm the details are correct.
A record that stays with the route
The details are saved on that route and shown to the office with the licence photo, so you know who drove it long after the day.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to set up a user for each agency driver?
No. Keep one driver record per agency, tick Agency driver, and give each person a PIN to sign in on a paired device. They are asked for their own details on every route.
Can I plan an agency driver like any other driver?
Yes. The record has licence categories and a weight limit, so the planner only gives them vehicles they could drive.
