Frequently asked questions
Why invoices instead of orders?
Xero doesn't have a sales order object, so authorised sales invoices are the source of deliveries.
Are my credentials stored in Fleetnyx?
No. Connection settings reference a secret held in a secure vault, so credentials are never stored in the database.
Will a sync overwrite orders we've already planned?
No. Orders that are already planned or loaded are never overwritten by a later sync.
