Warehouse App

Paperless picking, packing and delivery, from ERP order to doorstep

Orders sync from your ERP and Fleetnyx routes them, assigns the driver, helper and truck, and sends the pick to the warehouse. Warehouse staff pick and pack on a handheld in the order the truck will be unloaded. The driver then follows the drop sequence on the map with HGV directions, with live updates and alerts for the office and for customers.

  • Orders in from your ERP, routed automatically
  • Warehouse staff pick and pack on a handheld
  • Driver sees the drop sequence on the map

Features

What you get with Fleetnyx Warehouse App

01

Picks created from the plan

Once routes are published, every route gets its pick list. Nobody prints, sorts or re-keys a single order.

02

Driver, helper and truck assigned

The roster and the optimiser decide who is on which vehicle. The warehouse sees the route, the vehicle, the driver and the helper on every pick, so the right stock goes on the right truck.

03

Pick and pack on a handheld

Warehouse staff work through the pick by SKU and location, confirm quantities, record shorts and substitutions, and pack onto pallets or cages per drop.

04

Built in reverse drop order

Pallets are packed and loaded so the last drop goes on first and the first drop comes off first. The driver never digs for the next delivery.

05

Short picks flagged straight away

A short or damaged line is flagged while the truck is still in the yard, so the planner can substitute, split or tell the customer before the van leaves.

06

Loaded and checked

Pallets are scanned onto the vehicle and the load is signed off. The driver app shows exactly what is on board for each drop.

07

Drop sequence on the map

The driver sees every drop in order on the map with truck-safe HGV directions, delivery windows and site notes, with one-tap navigation.

08

Live updates and alerts

Pick progress, loading, departure and each delivery update live. The office and your customers are alerted when something is late, short or delivered.

How it works

From start to finish

  1. 1

    Orders sync from your ERP

Orders for the delivery date arrive from NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Sage, Xero or CSV, with no re-keying.

  2. 2

    Fleetnyx routes them

The optimiser builds routes around payload, pallets, windows and site restrictions, and assigns the driver, helper and truck from the roster.

  3. 3

    Warehouse picks and packs

Staff pick and pack each route on a handheld, in reverse drop order, and load the truck.

  4. 4

    Driver delivers

The driver follows the drop sequence on the map with HGV directions and records each delivery with ePOD.

  5. 5

    Everyone stays informed

The office sees live progress and alerts, customers get tracking updates, and delivered quantities write back to your ERP.

Works with the driver app

The warehouse and the driver work from the same plan

What the warehouse packs is what the driver sees on the truck, drop by drop. A short pick is flagged before the vehicle leaves the yard, not at the customer's door.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace my WMS?

It is built for the pick, pack and load of delivery routes. If you run a full WMS for putaway, replenishment and stock locations, Fleetnyx works alongside it and uses the order lines your ERP or WMS provides.

What device do warehouse staff use?

A phone or rugged handheld with a browser. No special hardware is needed.

What happens if a line is short?

The picker records the short and the reason. The planner and the driver see it before departure, and the shortage is written back to your ERP with the delivery.

Can the warehouse see which driver and truck an order is on?

Yes. Every pick shows the route, vehicle, driver and helper, so stock is packed for the right truck and the right drop order.

Is it really paperless?

From the ERP order to the signed delivery there is nothing to print. Pick lists, load sheets, the driver's route and proof of delivery are all in the apps.
