Later drops are packed first and sit at the bottom. Each customer is colour-coded in the pallet builder and shown in packing order in the warehouse app, with a divider as each one is finished.

Start locked until packed
The driver app keeps Start route locked until the warehouse has marked every pallet complete, with a pallet photo for each.

Frequently asked questions
What about routes that are not palletised?
Loose loads go on one page for the whole route, in reverse drop order, and the warehouse can flip the order or move a drop to suit the vehicle.
Can customers or drivers scan the QR code?
Yes. It opens a public page with the items and customers on that pallet, without a sign-in, and without prices or addresses.
