Integrations
Orders in from your ERP. Proof of delivery back out.
Fleetnyx connects to your ERP, pulls customers and orders for routing, and writes delivered quantities back when the driver completes each drop. No re-keying, no end-of-day spreadsheets.
Connectors
Customers and orders for routing, synced both ways
NetSuite
Plan deliveries straight from NetSuite sales orders and close the loop with Item Fulfillments when the driver delivers.
- Reads
- Sales orders by ship date via SuiteQL, with customers and ship-to addresses.
- Writes back
- Item Fulfillment transform with delivered quantities.
SAP S/4HANA
Route SAP sales orders without re-keying and post proof of delivery back through your integration layer.
- Reads
- Sales orders via API_SALES_ORDER_SRV, filtered by requested delivery date.
- Writes back
- Proof of delivery posted to your iFlow or custom service.
Dynamics 365 Business Central
Turn Business Central sales orders into optimised routes and post shipments the moment goods are delivered.
- Reads
- Sales orders via Business Central API v2.0 using OAuth client credentials.
- Writes back
- Line ship quantities, then the ship action on the sales order.
Sage 200
Plan Sage 200 sales orders by promised delivery date and record despatches without paperwork.
- Reads
- SOP orders by promised delivery date.
- Writes back
- Despatch receipts with delivered quantities.
Xero
Xero has no sales orders, so Fleetnyx routes authorised sales invoices and adds delivery notes back to their history.
- Reads
- Authorised sales invoices.
- Writes back
- Delivery note added to the invoice history.
Any ERP & CSV
If your ERP or WMS has documentation, we'll connect to it. Until then, CSV import and delivered-quantities export work with anything.
- Reads
- CSV upload with optional column mapping, or a custom adapter for your ERP's API.
- Writes back
- Delivered-quantities CSV export, or write-back via your ERP's API.
How the sync works
Built to be dependable
One canonical order model
Each ERP has its own adapter, so orders look the same in Fleetnyx whichever system they came from.
Customers upserted
Customers are created and updated by ERP reference, with addresses geocoded for routing.
Planned orders protected
Orders already planned or loaded are never overwritten by a later sync.
Automatic sync
Today's and tomorrow's orders sync every 30 minutes, or on demand.
Reliable write-back
Deliveries are written back from a transactional outbox with retries. Failures are visible and retryable from the screen.
Secrets stay secret
Credentials are never stored in the database. Connections reference a secret in your secure vault.
Frequently asked questions
My ERP isn't listed. Can you connect to it?
Usually, yes. If your ERP has an API and documentation, we can build an adapter. CSV import and export work with any system in the meantime.
Do you write back to the ERP?
Yes. Delivered quantities, short reasons and proof of delivery are written back in the way each ERP expects, for example as an item fulfilment or a despatch receipt.
