Frequently asked questions
Do I need SAP Integration Suite?
Proof-of-delivery write-back posts to an iFlow or custom endpoint you control, which is the usual pattern for S/4HANA. Order reads use the standard sales order API.
Are my credentials stored in Fleetnyx?
No. Connection settings reference a secret held in a secure vault, so credentials are never stored in the database.
Will a sync overwrite orders we've already planned?
No. Orders that are already planned or loaded are never overwritten by a later sync.
