Frequently asked questions

Can I set different schedules for vans and trucks?

Yes. Schedules can be set per vehicle type, so vans, 7.5t, 18t, 26t rigids and artics each have the right intervals, and any single vehicle can be overridden.

How does a schedule know the mileage?

From the driver's start-of-day odometer reading in the walkaround check, so schedules stay accurate without telematics.

Does a service take the vehicle out of route planning?

Yes. A vehicle booked into the workshop, or off the road with a dangerous defect, is skipped by the route planner for that day.
